Professional Summary
Prof Dr. Kamarul Zaman Ahmad is a certified trainer of Neuro Linguistic Programming with the American Board of NLP and a certified trainer in NLP coaching with the INLPCA. He is also a certified trainer of Hypnosis with the American Board of Hypnosis. Prof Dr Kamarul is currently is a Full Professor of Management in the Dubai Business School, University of Dubai, United Arab Emirates. He teaches Organizational Behaviour, Human Resources Management, and Law. Prof Dr. Kamarul has 31 journal publications, 30 conference publications, and three books.  His Ph.D. was obtained from the Manchester Business School, University of Manchester, UK, ranked 33rd in the world by QS World University Rankings, 2015-16. He has vast experience in the corporate world and has conducted consultancies and corporate and public training courses in Malaysia and the UK.
